Workstation Group, established in 1989, consists of four companies that predominantly deal with the creative media industry.

One of the companies is a leading creative recruitment agency that works directly with high profile brands and the people in this market (B2B & B2C). Another is an I.T services company, while a third provides software solutions, with special emphasis on the web. All the companies in the group have long-term success in their fields. The aim of this role is to work across the various group websites increasing their profile to their respective audiences. The candidate will provide succinct, commercially meaningful insights to a) optimise performance of existing services, b) identify opportunities for growth and c) subsequently help shape the development of new services / applications.

Experience of content management, search engine optimising, affiliate and e-marketing is required. The environment is young, informal and non-corporate and the candidate would work with divisional managers that are specialists in their niche fields.
