Training

It's no good investing in equipment and forgetting about the people who will use it. Often a little training, carefully targeted, can radically affect a person's performance and productivity.

While we can arrange classroom-style training if you want it, we find that we are most frequently called on to provide very specific training to system managers, key users and influencers.

Exactly what the training should be is up to you (we will undertake a training audit, if you would like us to). But you can rely on us to assemble the expertise and resources needed to make your programme a real success.

Please note that technical advances now mean that it is possible for short periods of training to be scheduled, to be done remotely over the internet, with an accompanying telephone conference. The advantage of this is that "a little and often" becomes possible which, in training, can often be the most effective approach.
