iPod warranty work
If you are an iPod user in need of warranty work, you should consider whether you would like to take up the web-based replacement option with Apple. If so, you will not have to involve a third party like ourselves and can deal directly with Apple.
To do this please go to http://www.apple.com/uk/support/ipod/service/ or call 0870 876 0753 (UK). Lines are open Monday-Friday 0800-1945 and Saturday 1000-1745.
If you would prefer to go via SupportPlan, there will be a £25 administrative surcharge. This does not relate to repair or replacement of your iPod, but for the time it takes to process the work. These charges can be accepted on the usual credit cards (Visa, MasterCard or Switch).
