Senior Support Engineer, Central London

We are looking for someone with several years hands-on high-level Mac support experience, including the following:

OS X Server installation, configuration and support
Mail servers such as Kerio and possibly MS Exchange
Active Directory integration with Macs
Networking, including configuration and support of firewalls and routers

Responsibilities may include: telephone and remote support; OS/X server & client installations; site migrations and upgrades.

Successful candidates will ideally be from an Apple Service Provider background and have excellent client-facing and communication skills. Knowledge of application packages such as Microsoft Office, the Adobe Creative Suite and QuarkXpress is essential. ACDT and ACPT qualifications will be an advantage.
