Senior Support Engineer, Central London

We are a Macintosh IT services company focusing on media clients and require a Senior Engineer to join our expanding team.

The company has an outstanding reputation for quality service, a great team spirit and staff retention and superb client list. We have been doing Mac support since 1992 and have a track record that is second to none.

Workwise there is plenty of variety and scope for initiative. There is also good opportunity for career development for people who approach the role with enthusiasm, dedication and willingness to learn.

We are looking for someone with several years hands-on high-level Mac support experience, including the following:

• OS X Server installation, configuration and support
• Mail servers such as Kerio and possibly MS Exchange
• Active Directory integration with Macs
• Networking, including configuration and support of firewalls and routers

Responsibilities will include: telephone and remote support; OS/X server & client installations; site migrations and upgrades.

The successful candidate will ideally be from an Apple Service Provider background and have excellent client-facing and communication skills. Knowledge of application packages such as Microsoft Office, the Adobe Creative Suite and QuarkXpress is essential. ACDT and ACPT qualifications will be an advantage.
