Currently we have two full time post available:

 

Senior Support Engineer
We require a full time Senior Engineer to join our expanding team. Responsibilities will include: telephone support; break / fix visits (within the M25); OS/X server & client installations; site migrations and upgrades.
The successful candidate will ideally be from an Apple Service Provider background and have excellent client facing / communication skills. Knowledge of application packages (e.g. Quark / Adobe Creative Suite) is essential. ACDT / ACPT qualifications will be an advantage.


Technical Consultant
We require a full time Technical Consultant to join our expanding team. The responsibilities include: managing the client relationship; creating & specifying client based solutions; cost benefit analysis; implementation leadership; platform engineering.

This role would suit a self-starting engineer / technician who wants to develop their career in a more client facing direction. The ideal candidate should have a in-depth technical skills including OS/X; ADF; Server / Client Imaging; Application Installs. An appreciation of networks (DHCP;DNS etc) and standard platform methodologies would be an advantage. Training / mentoring in the client management environment will be given.
